I purchase a car "ready for delivery" at this dealership.
Contract signed on November 25th, it's January 24th, I still don't have the car.
I remember well the day I signed the contract, it was a Saturday and the seller assured me that I would collect the car on Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.
Wednesday arrives, nothing arrives.. Thursday arrives, nothing.. I call and am attacked by the seller who says he is fed up with receiving phone calls from me and my husband, unlike when, however, for purchasing procedures, even 10 calls were made to the day.. he wasn't fed up there, on the contrary.
Weeks go by, the holidays are approaching, I go to the dealership and one tells me "the car has a problem with the radio" the other tells me "we're having it serviced" in short we can't understand anything. so I decide to call the seller around 20/22 December who at this point gives me another number and tells me that anything to contact the latter and that he doesn't want to hear anything more about it... absurd.
When the money had to be taken there was maximum availability, now that your share has been taken, goodbye and thank you?
And my car?
Well today I find myself with a loan that I have already started to pay, without my car but with a replacement that they gave me but which in any case is not mine and which I would have preferred not to have; a salesman who hangs down when I call him and no one who can tell me when I'll get what I'm entitled to.
What can I say... the comments are up to you.
PS: since the beginning of December 'according to them' they have been waiting for the spare part for the radio.. first there was the excuse of the holidays and therefore delays in the delivery of the parcels, now they no longer know what to invent..
I found spare parts on Amazon that would arrive tomorrow but oh well details.

I don't have the car yet, the radio arrived at the dealership more than a week ago but now they say they can't find the code, which can only be found in the maintenance booklet, where if I'm not mistaken the car's kilometers are also listed ...
This morning I called the mechanic who takes care of my car and he told me that the part didn't arrive.
Went for a replacement for my car, met an employee who told me they would be opening soon, just a few minutes. After half an hour of waiting, the bell at the auto parts store rang, no response. Went away, placed order on Autodoc. Perfect replacement and costs less too.
We come in by appointment to find out if they could meet our needs. That wasn't the case (not bad), when we left we didn't feel like potential customers. Patience elsewhere we found what we were looking for with little difficulty.
Purchase of 2 kg of transmission oil on 31 July 2023....today 28 August they did not want to change me with another type of lubricant (0w30 engine oil...same quantity). Miserables! I waited for their holidays in vain.
Thanks in particular to DANIELE from the spare parts warehouse who was extremely kind in helping me find
a particular replacement for my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
He managed to satisfy my request, taking care to contact me as soon as possible, professionally and faithfully!

I went to this dealership looking for a car ready for delivery, I found a perfect match between the data on the site and those communicated by the seller, no surprises on the estimate, all cars truly available and visible as indicated. The seller really helped me resolve some technical issues relating to the handling of used items which they collected as trade-ins. They have definitely won over the customer. I will travel a few more kilometers to get the coupons from them.
